This song was a surprise to me. I was looking through my files looking for another song and I stumbled upon this one. In truth I had forgotten it since I wrote it back in 2003. It was a wonderful find. The song clearly states that Jesus is the reason for the season. Without Jesus, Christmas has very little meaning other than a good holiday to buy and receive gifts. Along with all the great food!!! To truly experience the peace and joy of Christmas we need Jesus in our lives.
